Jeffrey Nash, ASA, CFE
Mr. Nash is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Nash has been involved in the appraisal profession since 1992, participating in numerous business valuation engagements covering a wide range of business segments including construction companies, manufacturing companies, law practices, limited partnerships, medical practices, service companies, and various retail businesses. Valuation engagement purposes include ESOP and other employee plans, estate and gift taxes, stock acquisitions, mergers, litigation and others. He has also evaluated economic loss suffered by individuals in wrongful death and personal injury cases and has been involved in a wide array of other financial analysis and consulting activities for clients. Mr. Nash has provided expert testimony relating to economic and business valuation issues in State and Federal Court.
Mr. Nash has held the posts of President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers from 2011 to 2013, and President of the Salt Lake City Chapter from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Nash currently serves on the Board of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah.
Peter Agrapides, CVA
Mr. Agrapides is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Member of the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts (NACVA). He has prepared numerous valuations of companies, partnerships and professional practices. Valuations prepared include medical and dental practices, construction companies, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers in a number of industries.

Mr. Agrapides is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He an instructor for NACVA continuing education courses conducted throughout the country, and makes regular presentations to professional trade groups on business and estate valuation. Mr. Agrapides is the publisher of the Case Law Corner article featured in the bi-monthly issues of The Value Examiner, the professional trade journal of NACVA. He holds a MBA from Westminster College and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah.
Nicholas Boyer, CVA, CFE
Mr. Boyer is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Member of the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts (NACVA). In addition, Mr. Boyer is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Mr. Boyer has been involved in the valuation profession since 2000. He has participated in numerous business valuation engagements covering a variety of business segments and industries including auto dealerships, construction companies, distribution and wholesale businesses, manufacturing companies, law practices, medical practices, service companies, restaurants, various retail businesses, trucking and transportation business. Valuation engagement purposes include buy-sell agreements, ESOP and other employee plans, estate and gift taxes, stock acquisitions, mergers, and litigation. Further, Mr. Boyer has provided purchase price allocations related to completed transactions. He also has determined economic losses suffered by individuals in wrongful death and personal injury cases, and has been involved in an array of other financial and forensic analysis and consulting activities for numerous clients. Mr. Boyer holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah.
Burke Riding, CVA
Mr. Riding is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Member of the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts; Analysts (NACVA). He has participated in numerous valuation engagements across a variety of industries, including agricultural enterprises, construction companies and special contractors, manufacturing companies, wholesalers, fuel distributors, medical and dental practices, professional
services companies including accounting, architecture, engineering and law firms, property management firms, restaurants, logistics and transportation companies, insurance agencies, automotive dealerships, car washes, retailers, laundromats, fitness centers, pawn shops, entertainment companies, software companies, information technology firms, and a variety of holding companies. Valuation engagement purposes include gift and estate tax, ESOP and other employee plans, divorce, financial reporting requirements, and buy/sell agreements. Mr. Riding holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah.
