Western Valuation Advisors (“WVA”) was founded in 2011 and is a nationally recognized full-service business valuation, economic, and financial consulting firm with affiliated offices in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. During this time, WVA has been called upon to provide independent valuation expertise and financial advisory opinions in thousands of transactions. These assignments include the valuation of companies and pass-through entities, their securities, and their intangible assets ranging in size from small, closely-held businesses and start-ups to large corporations, covering almost every industry and all types of transactions. At the foundation of the firm's varied advisory services is a core understanding of how businesses are valued in the market and the ability to communicate that knowledge in a compelling, well-documented analysis.

In all of its engagements, WVA employs extensive due diligence, rigorous analysis and creative application of established valuation approaches to provide financial opinions that will withstand the scrutiny of investors, fiduciaries, regulatory agencies and courts. In addition, we seek to add value by helping clients structure transactions that maximize their financial objectives.
